Me and my Wife are doing a 10 day green smoothie only diet. We will start today and the rules are that we can not eat any food just juice fruits and vegetables for 10 days. After 10 days we can eat fruits and vegetables if we want or continue to juice. We are trying to detox your bodies and lose weight. I will blog every day to give a update on how we feel and what we juice. I may make YouTube videos for updates on us. Wish us luck. Right now I weight 280 pounds and my wife weights 270. I would to lose 60 pounds and my wife wants to lose 70 pounds.
