How to bowl with knee pain? Well I have osteoarthritis in my left knee and I having been dealing with this for 3 years now and it sucks. When my knee first flared up man I could not walk and walk up the stairs at all so if you have this I know what you are going through I will tell you how I handle it this long and if you don’t have this, this tips will prevent this from happening and make your knees stronger when we bowl. I have had 2 cortisone shots in my knee and wore knee braces before so I know first hand how this feel so I will tell you right how I till this day have not gotten a cortisone shots no more and I don’t have to wear a knee brace anymore.


So the first thing is to lose some weight. Lose weight will put less pressure on your knee which will be less pain while you bowl. Losing weight is good for you anyway so you will feel better, you will bowl better with more energy and less knee pain. Next thing I do is take glucosamine. Glucosamine will help with knee pain and repair and build  new cartilage in your knees. Click this link to see the one I use.

You must take glucosamine every day so it can rebuild the cartilage in your knees. The next thing is to take fish oil with the glucosamine. Fish oil has a lot of benefits but the one I like is joint pain. Taking both together will help inflammation in your knees and all joint in the body. Take both of these before you go bowling and you will feel better. Black oil seed is very strong against inflammation in the body. Black oil seed help reduce swelling in knees and I take this before I go to bed so I wake fresh and not so sore from bowling. I take the glucosamine every day to rebuild the cartilage in my knees. Everything else I take before I go bowling or when my knee starts to hurt. This beats getting shot in my knees all the time and these things are good for me. After bowling take some black oil seed before bed and you will wake up not sore.
