Part 3 of this series on increasing your bowling average and another tip is to try different hand positions on the bowling ball. I try things like tucking my pinky finger in under the bowling which will create more side roll on the bowling ball and increase rev rate. Sometimes I try to come out the ball flat so the ball won’t hook as much.
In the video below look at my favorite bowler Chris barns pinky finnger is not tucked in and look at dick or Richie Allen Pinky which is tucked in.
Just by doing small like this can increase your average. Going to the bowling alley and practice on your weak parts of your game will help you bowl better.
