How many games should you practice weekly if you are in a bowling alley

One thing we all should be doing is practicing bowling whenever we can. There not a number of games you should be bowling that is a set number. Everyone practice on different things while bowling so the best thing you can do is work and practice on the weak areas of your game.

The amount of games you should bowl or practice is 3 to 4 games. Sometimes it may take one game just to get warm up and it takes a few frames to find which bowling ball to use. Also keep in mind that the more games you bowl, the more energy that you will use and soon you will get tired. When you get tired, you tend to bowl less than when you started.

After a while, you start to get a little lazy. I know some people that just bowl 3 games for practice and that’s it and I tend to bowl 10 games for practice. I ask them why bowl you just bowl 3 games and that’s it, they tell me that the more you bowl, the less and less your body gets wore out and you start getting bad habits. So I say bowl 3 or 4 games per week when you are in a bowling alley. Below is the tools I use when I go bowling
