Yes a 3 year old child can go bowling. My son is 3 and he can bowl with me. Now it’s hard to get him to listen and wait for his turn but he can bowl Most bowling alleys has small ramps for kids to place their bowling balls on so they can just push the ball down the lane. Also bowling alleys has bumpers that comes on the sides of the gutter so if there bowling ball falls down the gutter, the bowling ball will not fall into the gutter but bounce off the bumper. So yes a 3 year old child can play bowling but it’s not going to easy with a 3 year old.
