What injuries are common for professional bowlers?

We all love bowling but sometimes it comes at a price with injuries some people gets these types of injuries faster than other and it depends on how much you bowl. Some injuries that I have seen are back and knee problems. Knee injuries is the most common one that I have seen and I dealing with some knee problems myself.

Your knee that you bend with to bowl can be an problem that does not hurt now but may in the future. This is why I tell people to buy and take some Glucosamine to help with knee pain but please consult with your doctor before taking anything. I also take black seed oil for my knee pain and for preventing knee pain.

Some common injuries can be elbow tendonitis, wrist tendonitis and shoulder tendonitis. It takes a lot of bowling to do that kind of damage but everyone is different and the way you bowl can cause some problems to. Some injuries like hip and back are ones a lot of bowlers don’t talk about but that can hurt as well so how can we prevent this bowling injuries?

Lose weight:

Just by losing weight, you can take pressure off your knees and back and losing is just better for you overall. Take this like Glucosamine to help repair or reduce the pain in your knees and black seed oil can help relive pain as well.

Get a bowling ball that the weight is not too much that you can not handle. Keep in mind that every time you bend your knees, you are using knee cartilage and over time that can wear down and that’s why I take Glucosamine that can help keep your knee cartilage going good but please talk to your doctor before taking anything I say in this post.

Work smarter and not harder and let your bowling ball do the work, you don’t have to throw so hard at the pins and you can let the ball do the work. Try to bowl in a way that feels good to you. Try bowling 5 games rather than 10 games. Remember that knee cartilage over time wears down and if you are young you may feel good now but as time goes on it may be different.
