What I see the pro bowlers for the bowling ball weight is 15 pounds. That is what is used for most bowlers but I have seen a few bowlers use a 16 pound bowling ball, very few but some do use it. for most people and pro bowlers that use a 15 pound bowling ball. It’s not too heavy and it’s heavy enough to have some power and pro bowlers can throw this very fast if need to.
