How to bowl with a bad back?

Bowling with a bad back is rough and when you bowl you feel even worst. When you slide to roll the bowling ball, your lower back or upper back may feel bad and you can’t bowl like you want to or bowl at all. So how can you bowl with a bad back and how can we heal out backs and please note that I am not a doctor or someone trying  to give medical advice to you or anyone else. Also talk to your doctor for anything that hurts you and get your doctor to recommend pain relief for you. The ways below are the ways I handle back pain so you can copy what I am doing right now.

I take nature pain relief supplements for the pain: 

I take nature pain relief supplements for my knee pain and back pain. What I take is olive leaf extract  which helps with inflammation and arthritis. This nature supplement help with a lot of things which you can google the benefits of but I take two of these for pain and sometimes I may take some during bowling.

I also take Fish oil for back pain. Fish oil is good for inflammation and your joints. The last supplements that I take is black seed oil. Black seed oil is my number one supplement for everything. To lowing blood pressure to for heart burn to knee pain. Black seed oil does over 100 things that are good for you.

Weight loss will help:

Losing weight will help with inflammation. Not only will feel better but you will be lighter for bowling that goes for your knees as well. Working out your back, stretching, help relieve pain in your back. also using a heating pad will help as well. Stay off your back for a while will help to heal your back.

The last thing that helped me was doing the keto diet. In this diet you eat very low carbs in your diet. This will help you lose weight but also reduce insulin level. When every insulin levels are low the   inflammation in your body will decrease. High insulin will cause inflammation in your body.

What happens after a thanksgiving meal? Most of the time after you eat you become sleepy. That’s because the high amount of carbs which turns into sugar and spike your insulin levels. While at home trying icing your back back at home and do that before you go bowling. I like to use a heating pad my back which will help. Over time your back should feel better if you stay off using your back for anything and if you need to take a break from bowling please do so. When I am not feeling well I have back pain, I just don’t bowl. I try to go low carb diet to lower the inflammation and take natural supplements and use a heating pad and if that does not work please seek your doctor.

Back pain is no joke and dealing with it can be a pain. Always talk to your doctor before doing anything that I mention in this post. Try the keto diet to help with inflammation and take some supplements that helps relieve pain. I have all kinds of pain and I deal with them in a different way but I make sure to try to lose the weight.
