how to bowl with pain in your knee

Bowling with knee pain is no joke or fun. Trying your best to bowl with pain will throw you off your game cause it makes you bowl different which that is not good. I have pain in my left knee which I slide with when i am going though my approach. I have went to the doctor which is no help just pain meds and nothing to help ease the pain or make my knee better. So i know the feeling and we love our bowling so we must figure out a way to bowl with less pain as possible. In this post I will go over what I have done to bowl and deal with the pain and tell how I bowl now with little to no pain at all.

Black seed oil :

Before I go bowling I take black seed oil for pain. It does a great job in lower the pain before it starts. Black oil is very good for inflammation and for joint pain. To me it feels like the the more I take black seed oil, the better I feel. Black cumin seed oil is a powerful anti-inflammatory agent, capable of suppressing the chronic inflammation that underlies aging and its many symptoms. lack cumin seed oil has shown benefits in managing rheumatoid arthritis, a highly inflammatory condition. In addition to the joints, rheumatoid disease can afflict the heart, liver, nerves, and blood-forming cells. The black oil seed I use is called Sunergetic. I have used lot of different vendors for black seed oil and they by far is the best. I have been using them the past year. Olive Leaf Extract for knee pain:

I have been using Olive Leaf extract for about 2 years now and I love it. Not only it kills the cold virus which keeps me from getting a cold but the active ingredient in olive leaf extract, may help stunt the development of several different forms of the disease, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and gout. Oleuropein which the main compound may also help to relieve some of the symptoms  with rheumatoid arthritis, which is a condition that affects not only the lining of joints, but can also damage the heart, lungs and more. Oleuropein can boost the health of affected tissue. oleuropein which is in olive leaf extract is its ability to help the body ward off a wide range of potentially serious problems, such as ear infections, urinary tract infections, and others. One study that I saw showed that olive leaf extract killed nearly all of the bacteria and fungi that were tested, including candida (linked to genital and oral infections), dermatophytes (fungi that can lead to infections affecting the hair, skin, and nails) and Escherichia coli. It can also high blood pressure or hypertension. I take this everyday anyway for all these benefits. I take this before I bowl and after I bowl for the pain. Fish oil ease Joint Pain:

Fish oil has been around for a long time and pretty much every store carries it. These particular acids benefit the body by promoting the reduction of inflammation in joints. EPA and DHA also limit the production of certain negative proteins that inhibit certain types of arthritis and it’s great for knee pain. The fats in fish oil are healthy fats. These fats play a role in keeping your joints healthy by restoring and supplementing joint tissues. Natural chemicals provide the joints with proper lubrication. This reduces the rubbing together of joints and helps minimizes pain and strains. We all know that when you bowl you will put pressure on your know joints and fish oil will help with the pain. I take fish oil before I go bowling and sometimes after I bowl. I don’t take fish oil everyday, I take it the night before I go bowling. Almost every stores has fish oil in some form. Eating cold water fish also has the great benefits of fish oil. Fish oil also provide the added benefit of protecting your joints from cartilage breakdown or reducing its severity. If you want the best fish you can click here which will take you to amazon.
