How to bowl Comfortable?
So the one thing I that you should note that when you bowl, you want to bowl comfortable and wear clothes that feel good to you. I tend to wear sweat pants and a t shirt when I bowl. The reason I bowl in those cause the sweat is not tight on me and it’s somewhat loose on you when I bowl. I just feel good wearing those clothes and that is the main point. Wear whatever feels good to you that is appropriate for the bowling and make sure you are following the rules of the clothes to wear at the bowling alley. I say nothing too tight, wear something that you can move around in, something cool and light.

No need to wear your best clothes or your best pants cause well it’s bowling unless you are out on a date. I would wear dating clothes or something nice while bowling.
League bowlers?
Most league bowlers wear clothes that feel good to them. Some league wear matching shirts that has their team name on them but pretty much they wear clothes fit well.
Bottom line is that you should wear clothes that feel good to you and you can bowl in. Sweat pants and a nice t shirt is the best that I have seen. There not right or wrong answer to this, just be sure that the clothes you wear feels good on you.
