how to bowl your best game ever

Bowling is a game of strikes or no strikes. you come into the bowling alley with high thoughts of bowling your best game every time. Your mid is set on what you got to do and how you want to play. You ready to bowl the best game of your life but the truth is that bowling a your best game is one of two things. Neither you got lucky with some strikes or you bowl that game that day. But how do you bowl your best games ever?   Well my highest game ever was a 299 game and I did things before the game that helped me get that game and some things that didn’t help so let’s talk about your highest game you want to bowl.

How to bowl your best game?

The first thing that you should is to have the mind set going into game, I will bowl my best game. It all starts the right mindset from the very start even when driving to the bowling alley, have that winning mind set first.

The next thing to have is equipment that you know how to use. The bowling balls that you have right now, you should know how that work with oil, no oil, light oil, what it can do and what it can’t do. Knowing your bowling equipment is the best key to bowling your high game. Sometimes having an older ball you had for a long time is the best thing to have cause you know what it can do. You should always have that go to ball that you can rely on. When everything else fails you have the one ball that will work for you.

The next thing is to practice before the game which is called shadow bowling. This is mainly in league play which 10 mins before the league start you get 10 mins to practice on the lanes that you are on for the night. During that 10 mins which is not a long time, you would be throwing all of your bowling balls to see which one works best. You also get to see the amount of oil on the floor and to check out your opponents for the night and see how they bowl and see if they bowl on your line.

The next time is to pick a spot on the floor and stick with it. My highest games came from me just picking a spot, sticking with that spot on the floor and when it was time to move I made small adjustments. You make small adjustments little by little, no big move.
